Free gifts are only available with an active subscription. If your subscription is cancelled prior to a free gift being due, you will not be entitled to receive the free gift or any subsequent free gifts.

How do I cancel my collection?
There is no minimum to buy and you may cancel at any time. Simply give us a call on 0191 490 6421.
How can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
As always, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it at your expense within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
